A polished, mobile-friendly website that feels like your business and makes the next step obvious.
Clear site structure, location signals, and Google Business Profile support to help nearby customers find you.
Useful, natural-language content that helps search engines and AI tools understand what you offer.
A thoughtful refresh for an outdated, confusing, or underperforming website without losing what already works.
Interactive chat, lead qualification, FAQs, and guided intake experiences built around your customer journey.
Updates, support, and continued improvements so your website stays current while you run your business.
Not sure where to begin?
One friendly question at a time. No giant worksheet. No need to know the technical words.
How it works
Use our guided Website Planner to share your goals, customers, style, pages, and must-have features.
We organize your ideas, recommend the right plan, and make sure the scope and pricing are clear.
We design and build the site, write with search visibility in mind, and keep you involved at key moments.
After your approval, we connect the final pieces and help your business put its best foot (or webbed foot) forward.
More than a brochure
Add an AI website assistant that answers common questions, gathers the right details, guides visitors, and helps turn interest into a useful lead, even when you are busy.
Founder & chief duck wranglerMeet the founder
I bring more than 20 years of marketing experience and 14 years of photography and video experience to every website I build. I also work in real estate and run my own vintage business, so I understand firsthand how much small-business owners have to juggle.
I am a business owner with a genuine passion for helping other small-business owners succeed. I started Lucky Duck to help good businesses look professional, get found, and feel confident online, while making the website process friendly, clear, and a little more fun.
Clear starting points
Every project begins with a conversation. Final pricing depends on pages, content, features, and what you already have.

Your first payment reserves the project and starts the work. The remaining balance is due after final approval and before your website goes live.
Managed website care
Choose an optional care plan if you would like Lucky Duck to monitor, maintain, and update your website, so you always know who to call when something needs attention.

The dependable foundation for every Lucky Duck website we continue to manage.
$179/month
For businesses that want regular hands-on help keeping their website useful and current.
$299/month
Ongoing improvement for businesses using their website as an active growth tool.
No lock-in surprises
Your website is built in accounts you own, and Managed Website Care is optional. Choose a care plan for ongoing technical support, or have the site managed by another experienced developer. Either way, you retain control and ownership from day one.
Managed Website Care is optional. Without a care plan, ongoing monitoring, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting are the owner’s responsibility and may require an experienced website developer. Domain registration, paid software, ecommerce fees, AI usage, and third-party subscriptions are separate when applicable.
Good questions
Here are a few things small-business owners usually want to know first.
Absolutely. That is why we built the Lucky Duck Website Planner. It asks one easy question at a time, helps you think through the important pieces, and gives us a clear place to begin.
Website projects are divided into two payments: 50% is due to reserve your project and begin work, and the remaining 50% is due after final approval, before the website goes live. If you choose Managed Website Care, monthly billing begins when your website launches.
You do. Your website is built in accounts you own, so you retain control and ownership whether or not you choose a Managed Website Care plan. Lucky Duck can handle the technical work through an optional care plan, and your website is ready for a straightforward handoff to another developer if needed.
Managed Website Care is optional. Without a care plan, you or a developer you select will be responsible for monitoring, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Lucky Duck websites use a developer-focused backend rather than a plug-and-play editor, so making changes generally requires website development experience.
No. Lucky Duck Websites serves small businesses throughout the United States. Local in-person support may be available in Montgomery County and the North Houston area.
Yes. Every site starts with a clear structure and useful content that helps people, search engines, and AI tools understand your business. Local and expanded visibility services can be added when they fit your goals.
Yes. We can create AI website assistants for FAQs, lead qualification, customer intake, guided recommendations, and other useful conversations. The right setup depends on what you want visitors to accomplish.
Managed Website Care is optional and starts at $99 per month if you would like Lucky Duck to maintain, monitor, and update your website. Without a care plan, you or a developer you select will manage the site. Because the backend is structured for developers rather than as a plug-and-play website editor, changes generally require website development experience. Your domain, paid software, ecommerce fees, AI usage, and other third-party subscriptions are separate when applicable. We explain every expected cost before work begins.
A focused small-business website can often be completed in a few weeks once the needed content and approvals are available. Larger sites and special features may take longer. Your proposal will include a realistic timeline.
